就是说我们在安装和配置CA的时候看到不同的安装说明采用不同的方法 ，


总的是有这么几种


1、利用globus自己安装成功以后的文件：


以用户globus进行：


$GLOBUS_LOCATION/setup/globus/setup-simple-ca


之后在如下目录中生成文件：


/home/globus/.globus/simpleCA//globus_simple_ca_68ea3306_setup-0.17.tar.gz（CA Hash，举例）


然后以ｒｏｏｔ用户运行：$GLOBUS_LOCATION/setup/globus_simple_ca_68ea3306_setup/setup-gsi


２、从网上下载：（上海交通大学－IBM 网格中心 的安装说明）

安装Simple CA：
[Kevin@hpc] $ /home/Kevin/pkgs/gt3/sbin/gpt-build \
setup/globus_simple_ca_bundle-latest.tar.gz <flavor type>

首先需要明确的是，安装GT时，就已经安装Simple CA软件了。

linux环境下，建立共用一个CA的多机环境步骤：

1. 在每台机器都安装GT

2. 在CA中心机器运行$GLOBUS_LOCATION/setup/globus/setup-simple-ca命令建立CA中心，并创建分发包:globus_simple_ca_Hashcode_setup-0.17.tar.gz。以root运行#GLOBUS_LOCATION/setup/globus_simple_ca_Hashcode_setup/setup-gsi -default；以root申请主机证书，以普通用户申请用户证书；以globus用户为证书签名；在/etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile中加入授权用户。

3. 其他机器以globus用户安装分发包：

$gtp-build globus_simple_ca_Hashcode_setup-0.17.tar.gz

$gpt-postinstall（注意一定要运行此命令，在gt3.9.5官方安装指南中漏掉了！）

以root申请主机证书，以普通用户申请用户证书；以CA中心机器上的globus用户为证书签名；在/etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile中加入授权用户。

BWT：

多机环境中grid-mapfile的设置：

例：HostA上的user1用户调用HostB上的服务，授权方式采用HostAuthorization，需要在HostB的grid-mapfile中加入HostA user1的授权信息。

安装安全，执行 $GLOBUS_LOCATION/setup/globus/setup-simple-ca

按照提示填写信息。最后一行会输出setup-ssl-utils: Complete表示安装完成。（详细信息见附件1），本步骤将创建/home/globus/.globus/相关目录，并生成CA等相关文件到该目录。

 

我安装的过程中，出现了：

 creating CA config package.../bin/chmod: getting attributes of `globus_simple_ca_9c5a55a6_setup-0.18': No such file or directory

  还是目录权限的问题，chown，解决。

  然后由于.profile原有版本文件路径设置错误，重装了一次

  出现:  ERROR: Unable to configure the simple_ca 9c5a55a6 setup package
  解决：？？

 安装gsi。

切换为root用户，到/usr/local/globus-4.0.0，执行

./setup/globus_simple_ca_1592e942_setup/setup-gsi –default

gsi为globus的安全管理支持。

输出信息见附件2。

 

 

2、  使用root用户，执行

./bin/grid-default-ca

输出见附录4。

3、  安装CA，使用globus用户，执行

globus$ ./sbin/gpt-build /home/globus/.globus/simpleCA/globus_simple_ca_1592e942_setup-0.18.tar.gz –force

(某些资料对这里描述如下，但会出现错误

globus$ ./sbin/gpt-build –install -only /home/globus/.globus/simpleCA/globus_simple_ca_1592e942_setup-0.18.tar.gz –force)

输出信息见附录3。

4、  使用globus用户，执行

globus$ ./sbin/gpt-postinstall –force

该过程需要几分钟时间。

 

 

1、  客户机请求证书，比如为操作系统用户zy用户请求，则

1）  使用zy用户执行命令：grid-cert-request

这将在目录/home/zy/.globus/ 产生usercert_request.pem，用root用户将该文件拷贝到/usr/local/globus-4.0.0/ 目录下，

2）  更改/usr/local/globus-4.0.0/usercert_request.pem 属性，

chown globus:globus usercert_request.pem

3）  用globus用户执行命令：

grid-ca-sign -in usercert_request.pem -out usercert.pem

详细输出信息见附录5。

4）  用root用户将usercert.pem拷贝到/home/zy/.globu/ 下。

5）  用zy用户执行 grid-proxy-init

将输出如下：

Your identity: /O=Grid/OU=GlobusTest/OU=simpleCA-yly2/CN=zy

Enter GRID pass phrase for this identity:

Creating proxy ............................ Done

Your proxy is valid until: Thu May 19 23:32:33 2005

 

2、  服务端添加信息进gridmap映射文件：

./sbin/grid-mapfile-add-entry -dn zy -ln zy

将输出如下：

Modifying /etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile ...

New entry:

"zy" zy

(1)    entry added

如果该DN已经添加，则显示：

Modifying /etc/grid-security/grid-mapfile ...

DN zy already exists.

No changes were made - already present and ignored: zy

3、  启动服务，确认已经启动postgreSQL数据库，执行globus-start-container -nosec

如果有安全错误需要修改源文件：/usr/local/globus-4.0.0/source-trees/wsrf/java/core/source/src/org/globus/wsrf/container/ServiceContainer.java，将其中的secure = true;改为secure = false;使其不进行安全验证。

二、部署开发应用：

1、  所有开发源码详见progtutorial-examples_zy.rar。

2、  将全部源码直接解压到$GLOBUS_LOCATION/ examples目录（需建立examples目录）。

3、  执行source etc/globus-devel-env.sh，部署编译运行环境

4、  用Ant创建一个GAR文件，执行

./globus-build-service.sh \

-d org/globus/examples/services/core/first/ \

-s schema/examples/MathService_instance/Math.wsdl

执行./globus-build-service.sh first

在本地将出现org_globus_examples_services_core_first.gar

5、  部署gar文件（即在本机部署服务），运行：

globus-deploy-gar org_globus_examples_services_wsrf_core_first.gar

6、  编译客户端如下：

javac \

-classpath ./build/stubs/classes/:$CLASSPATH \

org/globus/examples/clients/MathService_instance/Client.java

7、  启动服务：globus-start-container –nosec

该服务地址为：http://127.0.0.1:8080/wsrf/services/examples/core/first/MathService

8、  如果服务正确部署，我们现在可以运行客户端：

java \

-classpath ./build/stubs/classes/:$CLASSPATH \

org.globus.examples.clients.MathService_instance.Client \

http://127.0.0.1:8080/wsrf/services/examples/core/first/MathService

       这将显示类似以下消息：

       Current value: 25

Current value: 20

Current value: 35

Current value: 30

由于为有状态服务，该数字随请求次数增长。

　　红旗Linux为每个文件都分配了一个文件所有者，称为文件主，并赋予文件主惟一的注册名。对文件的控制取决于文件主或超级用户(root)。

　　文件或目录的创建者对所创建的文件或目录拥有特别使用权，文件的所有关系是可以改变的，您可以将文件或目录的所有权转让给其他用户，但只有文件主或root才有权改变文件的所有关系。

　　文件的所有权标志是用户ID(UID)。chown命令更改某个文件或目录的所有权。例如，超级用户把自己的一个文件拷贝给用户xu，为了让用户xu能够存取这个文件，超级用户(root)应该把这个文件的属主设为xu，否则，用户xu无法存取这个文件。chown命令的语法格式是：

　　chown [选项]用户或组文件1[文件2...]

　　用户可以是用户名或用户ID。文件是以空格分开的要改变权限的文件列表，可以用通配符表示文件名。如果改变了文件或目录的所有权，原文件主将不再拥有该文件或目录的权限。系统管理员经常使用chown命令，在将文件拷贝到另一个用户的目录下以后，让用户拥有使用该文件的权限。

　　在Linux下，每个文件又同时属于一个用户组。当你创建一个文件或目录，系统会赋予它一个用户组关系，用户组的所有成员都可以使用此文件或目录。文件用户组关系的标志是GID。文件的GID只能由文件主或超级用户(root)来修改。chgrp命令可以改变文件的GID，其语法格式为：

　　chgrp [选项] group文件名

　　其中group是用户组ID。文件名是以空格分开的要改变属组的文件列表，它支持通配符。

　　Linux系统中的每个文件和目录都有访问许可权限，用它来确定谁可以通过何种方式对文件和目录进行访问和操作。访问权限规定三种不同类型的用户：文件主(owner)、同组用户(group)、可以访问系统的其他用户(others)。

　　访问权限规定三种访问文件或目录的方式：读(r)、写(w)、可执行或查找(x)。

　　当用ls -l命令或l命令显示文件或目录的详细信息时，最左边的一列为文件的访问权限。其中各位的含义如下：

　　*文件访问权限

　　读权限(r)表示只允许指定用户读其内容，而禁止对其做任何的更改操作。将所访问的文件的内容作为输入的命令都需要有读的权限。例如：cat、more等；写权限(w)表示允许指定用户打开并修改文件。例如命令vi、cp等；执行权限(x)允许指定用户将该文件作为一个程序执行。

　　*目录访问权限

　　在ls命令后加上-d选项，可以了解目录文件的使用权限：

　　ls -d

　　读权限(r)可以列出存储在该目录下的文件，即读目录内容列表。这一权限允许shell使用文件扩展名字符列出相匹配的文件名；写权限(w)表示允许你从目录中删除或添加新的文件，通常只有目录主才有写权限；执行权限(x)允许你在目录中查找，并能用cd命令将工作目录改到该目录。

          gdb对ns的调试 ：设置断点总是进入otcl类中，无法跟踪tcl文件的执行？？

   下面要做的，ns与实际网络的对接，ns模拟网络与测试内容的连接

    ？？ns例子中好多函数不知道干什么的，怎么样查找其帮助文件？

]]> <![CDATA[GT4.0.0 的安装历程1]]> http://blogger.org.cn/blog/more.asp?name=hitgb&id=8126 hitgb 2005/8/30 15:20:52 刚开始学globus,原来机器上的Gt是3.9.5，打算换成4.0.0，顺便熟悉一下安装过程。下文基本是前人的文章，不过我安装的时候也出了好多问题，顺便记录一下，便于以后使用

安装相关软件（参照下文，出现的问题基本是目录的权限之类的)

第一章支持软件的安装

假设该文件放在/home/globus/下

当前目录为/home/globus

一. j2sdk-1_4_2_08-linux-i586.bin

   以下操作以root帐号执行

  1 首先确保有执行该文件的权限

    chmod +x j2sdk-1_4_2_08-linux-i586.bin

 

  2 将该文件拷到/usr/local并更改目录到/usr/local

   cp j2sdk-1_4_2_08-linux-i586.bin /usr/local

   cd /usr/local

 

  3 ./j2sdk-1_4_2_08-linux-i586.bin

   会出现协议书类的一直回车直到显示

   Do you agree to the above license terms? [yes or no]

   输入y,会自动安装在/usr/local/j2sdk1.4.2_08目录下

二 apache-ant-1.6.0-src.tar.gz

   以下命令以root帐号执行

  1 将该文件拷到/usr/local并更改目录到/usr/local

   cp apache-ant-1.6.0-bin.tar.gz /usr/local

   cd /usr/local

 

  2 安装，解压到/usr/local下

    tar zxpvf apache-ant-1.6.0-bin.tar.gz

    ln -s apache-ant-1.6.0 ant

三  postgresql-8.0.3.tar.gz

    先以下命令以root帐号执行

  1 设计人员为了安全考虑，PostgreSQL 不能以 root 用户运行，所以必须建立对应的用户和组:

    useradd postgre

    mkdir　/usr/local/pgsql

    chown　postgres:postgres　/usr/local/pgsql

    mkdir　/usr/local/src

    mkdir　/usr/local/src/pgsql

    chown　postgres:postgres　/usr/local/src/pgsql

zy:

   一般可能还需要付给postgres /usr/src目录的写权限，用于创建目录

chown postgres  /usr/src 

---------------------------------------------

 

  2 解压到 /usr/local/src以postgres帐号

    su　postgres

    tar xvfz postgresql-8.0.3.tar.gz

    cd postgresql-8.0.3

    ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/pgsql

    make

    make install

 

  3 这样安装完毕后，并不是万事大吉了，还有一些收尾工作要做：

    打开配置文件, 还是以postgres帐号

    cd

    vi .bashrc

 

    添加下面的内容:

    PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/pgsql/bin

    export POSTGRES_HOME=/usr/local/pgsql

    export PGLIB=$POSTGRES_HOME/lib

    export PGDATA=$POSTGRES_HOME/data

    export ANPATH=$MANPTH:$POSTGRES_HOME/man

    export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$PGLIB

    存盘退出后执行:

    . ./.bashrc

Zy补充：

   安装后，添加

# mkdir /usr/local/pgsql/data # 新建一个用来存放数据库的文件夹

为了让postgres能够完全控制data目录，我们设置权限：

# chown postgres /usr/local/pgsql/data

设置权限后，我们就切换到 postgres用户：

# su postgres

再初始话数据库：

$ /usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb -D /usr/local/pgsql/data

  4 启动数据库引擎：默认将环境变量PGDATA指向目录作为数据库目录

    initdb -E EUC_CN

    指定系统默认字符编码。除GB码(EUC_CN)　外，还可以指定为日语

    (EUC_JP)、韩语(EUC_KR)　、台湾(EUC_TW)　、UNICODE、MULE_INTERNAL、LATIN1等。

    注意，如使用6.3.2版需用--with-template=...　指定操作系统，具体内容见源程序附带的说明文件。

    configure如顺利完成，将生成GNUmakefile,Makefile.global和Makefile.port等文件

 

    使用以下命令启动PostgreSQL:

postmaster　–S

或者$ /usr/local/pgsql/bin/postmaster -D /usr/local/pgsql/data & # 启动PostgreSQL

    停止PostgreSQL可以使用下面的命令:

    pg_ctl stop

四 统一设置环境变量

    vi /etc/profile

    在最后添加下面的内容

    export ANT_HOME=/usr/local/ant

    export JAVA_HOME=/usr/local/j2sdk1.4.2_08

    export CLASSPATH="./:JAVA_HOME/lib:JAVA_HOME/jre/lib"

    export PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin:JAVA_HOME/jre/bin:$ANT_HOME/bin

    输入:wq保存退出后执行

   

    运行java显示相关信息说明安装成功

    运行ant和ant -version命令显示相关信息

安装gt4,gz版本和bin版本有些区别，最好完全按着文章来

   其中文件权限也出了好多问题，后来总算好了

1、  创建globus用户，用root用户在/usr/local/下创建globus-4.0.0目录，

#mkdir /usr/local/globus-4.0.0

更改该目录主属性 $chown globus:globus globus-4.0.0

2、  解压缩gt4.0.0-all-source-installer.tar.gz ，完整的globus安装包。

$tar xzvf gt4.0.0-all-source-installer.tar.gz

3、  切换为globus用户设置环境

globus$ export GLOBUS_LOCATION=/usr/local/globus-4.0.0

globus$ ./configure --prefix=$GLOBUS_LOCATION

4、  执行编译命令

globus$ make  

如果这一步出现问题，注意看一下相关文件的权限

可以考虑 chmod u+x *

make出问题后，

如果再次执行时出现

  /usr/local/globus-4.0.0/sbin/gpt-build   -srcdir=source-trees-thr/core/source       gcc32dbgpthr
  make: /usr/local/globus-4.0.0/sbin/gpt-build: Command not found
  make: *** [globus_core-thr] Error 127

那么make clean 一下，再执行make

 

globus$ make install

注意，该步骤可能需要3-4个小时不等的时间

 

注：configure 过程中出过些问题

./configure: conf2139.file: No such file or directory

分析：看了一下configure，应该是生成文件出错

经验：由于过程中，解压的文件，cp的文件，安装的文件的权限都有些不同，为了省事，干脆将所用目录下的文件都赋予文件主权限

chown -R globus 文件目录

这样之后，好多因为权限出现的问题基本不见了
